Technical Description

1. Property Listing: The iLive Property enables the posts of property listings. It includes fields for data such as the address, description, number of rooms, and number of bathrooms, price, property images, and more.

2. Property search: The iLive Property allows visitors to search for properties by filters, such as city, state, zip code, and other advanced search options.

3. Event Listing: The iLive Property allows to add an event i.e. Open Houses and One-To-One events for a particular property.

4. Event search: The iLive Property allows to search an event i.e. Open Houses and One-To-One events by filters, such as city, state, zip code.

5. Social Media Integration: The iLive Property allows registration via social media i.e. Facebook and Google Plus.

6. Google Map: The map resides on the detail layout of the listings Web App. It dynamically displays the property address using the Google Map API.

7. Photo gallery: The gallery displays the property images in a grid of thumbnails with navigation; when clicked, the larger version of the image is displayed.

8. Video: The property agent can optionally tape and publish a video of the property on YouTube, a dedicated video streaming network. The embed code for the video is then posted along with the property listing.

9. Event Report: The iLive Property allows visitors to see the event report.

10. Event Calendar: The iLive Property allows visitors to see the event calendar.

11. Listings Loan Officer: The iLive Property allows filter for loan officer according to their name.

12. Generate Flyers: The iLive Property allows users to generate flyers for Open Houses events in PDF form.

13. iLive Realtors - User can view the information of iLive realtors for the particular property. Zip Code is assigned to the iLive realtors by admin.
